3. Location Data (GPS & Compass)

The App requests access to your device's location (GPS) and compass/gyroscope sensors.

  • Why we need it: This data is strictly used to enable the "True AR Align" and "AR Mode" features, allowing the virtual star map to accurately match the real sky above your specific geographic location and viewing angle.
  • How it is handled: Your location and sensor data are processed entirely on your device. We do not track your movements, store your location history, or transmit your location data to any external servers.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the app.

  • AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
