Executive Chef & Co-Founder. Formerly of The Taj Rambagh Palace Jaipur and Benares, London. Trained under Atul Kochhar. Arjun's philosophy centres on hyperlocal sourcing, classical Awadhi and Chettinad techniques, and the elegant restraint of less-is-more plating.
