Saffron Table was born from a singular conviction: that the complexity, layering, and emotional depth of Indian cuisine deserves a world-class stage. Nestled in the heart of Banjara Hills, our restaurant reimagines the subcontinent's most beloved culinary traditions through a modern lens — treating spices not as flavours but as narratives.

Every element — from our hand-thrown terracotta serving pieces to our handwritten seasonal menus — is a deliberate act of reverence for the cuisines of India's 29 states, interpreted with the precision of a Michelin-trained kitchen.

Chef Arjun Sharma

Executive Chef & Co-Founder. Formerly of The Taj Rambagh Palace Jaipur and Benares, London. Trained under Atul Kochhar. Arjun's philosophy centres on hyperlocal sourcing, classical Awadhi and Chettinad techniques, and the elegant restraint of less-is-more plating.
